Data contains the infectious agent, but not the infection type.
Another spreadsheet acts as the map of infectious agent to infection type. This map could be extensive and updated separately from the dataset, incorporating all possible values that might appear in the dataset.
By applying the map using extend-datatable, the dataset automatically gets expanded to include the infection type for all rows.
