Data-flo - Run: Decode GISAID Virus Name

Description

This data-flo extracts sequencing lab and unique ID from the GISAID virus name assuming that the virus name is in the following format: "virus/country/state-sequencing lab-unique lab ID/year".

If there is additional information in the virus name, the data-flo can be duplicated and edited.

A file containing the column "Virus name" (case sensitive) and the sequencing laboratory name as displayed in the virus name are required inputs.
